Hours: Full-time- 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities

Job Objective: Serves as a member of the Maintenance/Housekeeping team
General Summary: To proactively work, as a member of the team, to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all the buildings within Norwalk Catholic School
Minimum Requirements:
- Practicing Catholic Preferred: Help carry on the mission of Christ’s church.
- Must successfully pass the required background check and all requirements of the Toledo Diocese VIRTUS program prior to employment and maintain a satisfactory background check throughout employment
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must possess and maintain a Valid State Driver’s license
- Self-motivated, creative problem solver
- Ability to identity areas that need attention to improve the health, safety, and wellbeing of the buildings
- Technical skill in cleaning, general repairs, and building maintenance preferred
- Must be able to bend, stretch and stoop, but not limited to these physical activities:
- Requires lifting of 40 lbs. or more without aid
- Requires normal eye, hand and walking coordination
- Must be able to work from ladders as well as a scissors lift
- Must be willing to work in all kinds of weather
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Must be able to work overtime as needed

Job Objective:Serves as a substitute teacher for Norwalk Catholic Schools.
Minimum Requirements:
- Hold a current Ohio Department of Education Substitute license/certification
- Must successfully pass the required background check and all requirements of the Toledo Diocese VIRTUS program prior to employment and maintain a satisfactory background check throughout employment
- Maintain excellent classroom behavior management
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Provide exemplary communication skills to parents, staff, and stakeholders
- Work well with fellow staff members in a professional learning community to ensure what is best for our students
- Build positive, productive, professional, relationships with students
- Have an understanding of technology pertinent to the classroom including Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Smart Technologies, PowerSchool, and document cameras
