We will be working to pull weeds and clean up the playground for the elementary students on this Friday 4:00-6:00 at the elementary and Saturday 11:00-1:00 at the ECC. All who would like to give us a hand are welcome! It is a big job, but we really want a nice area for our students to enjoy during recess this year! Mulch will be coming next week! Another Flyer volunteering her time! SPH Sophomore Dylan Knoll volunteered at 4H Camp Conger in North Fairfield assisting with archery and shooting safety classes presented by Fitchville Conservation League. The campers proceeded to live fire .22 caliber rifles a stationary targets and shot guns at clay pigeons.

Candy, Freeze Pops & Walkers Needed for the 4th of July Parade! While doing your shopping, please consider picking up a bag of freeze pops and/or (non-melting) candy that can be passed out at the parade. You can drop them off at the Advancement Office in the High School (use the Main Street entrance) from 8am-3pm. Walkers/riders are also needed to help pass out the candy and freeze pops. We are float #47 and you will be able to find us in the fenced in parking area across from the elementary building by the maintenance garage.
