3rd and 4th graders were able to participate in the annual Thanksgiving Art Contest sponsored by Barnes Wendling CPA. These were the winning artists chosen by their firm: Rocco Rizzo, 4th grade, Hector Olivarez, 4th grade and Ella Albright, 3rd grade. Congrats!
St. Paul will be selling pre-sale tickets to the OHSAA Regional Semi-Final Football Playoff game between St. Paul and Patrick Henry on Saturday night at 7 pm at Fremont Don Paul Stadium. Tickets will be on sale in the main high school office during school hours beginning Wednesday after 1 pm through Friday at 2 pm. All tickets are $8 pre-sale and $9 at the gate. Children under 6 years old are admitted free.
Norwalk Catholic School will still be hosting the Business & Professional Breakfast tomorrow morning (11/13) at 7am even in the event of school being delayed or cancelled due to weather conditions.
The First Reconciliation is Cancelled for this evening (November 12). A new date will be forwarded to the school children this week.

Freshmen Retreat was held at St. Mary in Wakeman today. The Teen Leadership Corps presented using the theme, "You Belong." The three large group presentations were, You Belong to a family. You Belong to a community. You Belong to God. Fr. Andrew Wellman celebrated Mass and answered questions. Students were able to share thoughts and ideas in small groups, as well. The day included a games of sock dodge and Sharks and Minnows.
Miss Nardecchia’s class exercised their right to vote by choosing snack for tomorrow. On the ballot were chips a hoy and Oreos. Oreos came out on top 13 to 6!

The students at NCS collected 1109 pairs of socks for the homeless or needy people of our area and some to send to Guatemala. Mrs. Careless' 4th grade class collected the most. They participated in the sock dodge game last Friday. Mrs. Bogner's 3rd grade and Mrs. Corrigan's1st grade class came in 2nd and 3rd and also played a game with the high school sock defenders.
