Support the Respect for Rights of Conscience Act

Dear Parents and Friends,

On January 20, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services reaffirmed a rule that virtually all private health care plans must cover sterilization, procedures related to and including abortion, and contraception. The rule is set to take effect August 1, 2012. To correct the threats to religious liberty and rights of conscience, the Respect for Rights of Conscience Act has been introduced in Congress (H.R. 1179 and S.B.1467). Bishop Blair has asked us to please urge our members of Congress to co-sponsor this act. For more information go to www.usccb.org/conscience.

JH/HS Registration for 2012-13

The 2012-2013 Registration Guides will be distributed to students on Friday, February 3rd. Students should have all completed paperwork (with signatures) at their registration appointment. Appointments are as follows:
*Class of 2016 - Feb. 6-10 with Mrs. Miller during math class
*Class of 2015 - Feb. 6-10 with Mrs. Smith
*Class of 2013 - Feb. 13-17 with Mrs. Smith
*Class of 2014 - Feb. 21-24 with Mrs. Smith

MarketDay Fundraiser

MarketDay is an established organization that sells quality food products. Our school will receive a percentage of all orders. There will be one sale per month throughout the year.
